Krzysztof Granat - managing partner, legal adviser

Entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2003. He specializes in servicing investment processes from acquiring real estate to administrative procedures permitting investment for use, including construction law, investment contracts law, public procurement law and company law. . The Granat Patron has extensive experience in legal services for contracts executed as part of public procurement for both the largest construction companies on the Lower Silesian and Polish market, as well as for the largest public procurers. As part of the consultancy, it helps contractors, design offices and contracting parties at every stage of investment implementation - from acquisition and formal legal preparation of real estate, through representation in the Arbitrators' Team and the National Appeals Chamber, to procedures related to obtaining permits for using and equipping facilities, as well as representation in court disputes, including subcontractors. He also advises many companies, including foreign companies in the process of starting a business in Poland. Agnieszka Sobczyk - partner, legal adviser

Entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Her previous professional practice has allowed her to consolidate and broaden her theoretical knowledge, as well as enrich her with broad practical skills. For five years she held various functions in banking. At that time, she got to know the corporate governance of international institutions, co-created internal procedures, cooperated with various departments and represented the bank in court, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. She also participated in a number of trainings, including managerial training. At that time, she also obtained the European Banking Certificate - the European Foundation Certificate in Banking, which is an international certificate issued by EBTN (European Banking & Financial Services Training Association) and the professional degree of a Certified Banking Employee, confirmed by the Certificate of the Polish Bank Association under the ZBP Standards System. Regardless of that, for over 2 years she conducted trainings for public administration, she advised for the college. and IT companies, conducted proceedings under the act on the principles of development policy. For almost three years she was associated with the compensation industry. As a legal counsel and then the Director of the Legal Department, she led and supervised the compensation process for the company's clients at the pre-court and court stage. Specializes in the recovery of property damages, in particular flood damages and personal damages. Thanks to that, she deepened her knowledge of construction law and insurance law (at the same time she also completed Postgraduate Economic Insurance Studies at the University of Wrocław). She conducted over 200 court disputes in the scope of renovation and construction works. He successfully manages construction companies and contracting entities in this industry. Regardless of the above responsibilities, he provides legal services to entrepreneurs and represents clients in court proceedings. Moreover, he prepares and reviews contracts, implements solutions that increase work efficiency and conducts legal audits of companies.

 

Aneta Chrzanowska, legal adviser

Entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Administration of the University of Wrocław. In addition, she graduated from the School of American Law, conducted by the University of Wroclaw in cooperation with the Chicago-Kent College of Law. In her professional practice she dealt with investment processes consisting in the construction and reconstruction of high voltage power lines. In addition, she dealt with ongoing legal advice for the largest company in the energy sector in Wrocław, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Agnieszka Słowińska, legal adviser

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole, Faculty of Economics at the University of Opole and the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering at the Opole University of Technology. In addition, she graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She gained her professional experience working in one of the renowned legal counsel offices in Brzeg, where she expanded her theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Damian Wójcik, legal adviser

Entered on the list of legal advisors kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He gained professional experience working as an assistant judge in the departments of civil district courts and in the District Court in Wrocław, which consolidated his knowledge of civil procedural law. He participated in many trainings organized by the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office. His interests focus on broadly understood civil law, including banking law.

 

Marzena Wichłacz, legal consuel trainee

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Currently, she is a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She gained professional experience working in one of the largest Wrocław companies specializing in the recovery of property damages, in particular in the field of flood damages, acquiring in a comprehensive way knowledge of insurance law, conducting compensation and repair-construction matters. She has been associated with the Law Firm since 2013. He mainly deals with legal services in the field of construction law. He also runs cases in the field of public procurement law and the administrative procedure related to the investment process. He is interested in the problems related to medical errors.

 

Artur Gancarczyk, legal consuel trainee

He graduated in administrative and law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. From January 2016, he was a legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He gained his previous professional experience working in one of the Wrocław construction companies from the urban infrastructure industry, where he dealt with the investment process. During this period, he expanded his knowledge of construction law, the law of investment contracts and public procurement law.

 

Paweł Fijołek, legal consuel trainee

He graduated of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole. Currently, she is a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He gained professional experience working for one of the leading Wrocław companies specializing in debt recovery. He also cooperated with the law firm in which he dealt with the largest business entities in the region. He graduated from the English language course - Legal English, organized by the Foreign Language Center of the UO. He is primarily interested in commercial law and consumer protection issues. He is fluent in English.

 

Natalia Bieniecka, legal consuel trainee

She graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Currently, she is a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She gained her professional experience thanks to numerous practices completed during her studies at law offices, courts and prosecutors' offices. She graduated from the Legal English course, organized by the Jagiellonian Language Center. He is interested in banking law, business law and corporate governance.

He graduated in administrative and law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Currently, he is a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He gained his professional experience while cooperating with one of the leading law firms in Wrocław, where he dealt with matters related to civil, commercial law, labor law and consumer protection. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. From January 2017, legal adviser trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She completed post-graduate studies in Commercial and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She gained her previous professional experience during internships and internships at law firms in both lawyers and legal advisers in Łódź.
