Krzysztof Granat, Attorney-at-law

Managing Partner. Registered on the list of Legal Advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2003. He specializes in providing legal advisory on investment processes from acquisition of real estate to administrative procedures, that permit occupancy of the investment,  including construction law, investments disputes, public procurement and company law. He disposes of extensive experience in legal advisory on investment contracts under public procurement for the Lower Silesian largest construction companies as well as the largest contracting authorities. Mr.Granat advices also the contractors, project offices as well as contracting authorities at every stage of proceedings from preparation of real estate, through the representation before Arbitration Panel at the Public Procurement Office and National Appeal Chamber, to  administrative procedures, that permit occupancy of the investment and represenation in court disputes, especially with subcontractors. He advises also numerous companies, including foreign companies by commencing business activity in Poland. Mr.Granat is author of many publications in construction law, problems of investment processes and public procurement. Counsel Granat speaks fluent English.

Marta Jas-Baran, Attorney-at-law

Registered on the list of Legal Advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration in Wroclaw in 2001. She participated in the prestigious annual International Program for Lawyers, organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Land Nordhein-Westfalen at the University of Tübingen and the Court of Appeal in Düsseldorf. She completed postgraduate studies in EU Funds Management. She advises the largest polish universities, the largest construction companies and many claims trading companies. She specializes in civil law, including especially business trading contracts, company law, copyright law, divorces and litigation. She has a breadth of experience in rendering legal services for foreign clients. She is fluent in German and English.

Agnieszka Sobczyk, Attorney-at-law

Registered on the list of Legal Advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław in 2002. She participated in the annual management project “Management Development”. For 5 years she was closely related to banking, where within the Collection of Debts Department she conducted court, execution, insolvency and rehabilitation proceedings, as well as she supervised the work of subordinate units from the central bank as a manager. She performed the function of Head of Legal Department in one of the best-known law firms specializing in debt collection. Furthermore she adviced IT companies on the implemention of systems for debt collection. As Director of Legal Department in one of the law firms specializing in claiming damages she conducted 2500 liquidation proceedings and over 200 court proceedings, where she   won the damages for the clients. She specializes in banking law, civil law, including particularly compensation law, and administrative law. For several years she has educated public administration. She speaks English.

Aneta Chrzanowska, Attorney-at-law

Registered on the list of legal advisers, led by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wroclaw. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Administration, University of Wrocław. In addition, she graduated from the School of Law of the United States, run by the University of Wrocław in collaboration with Chicago-Kent College of Law. In her professional practice she has been dealing with investment processes involving the construction and reconstruction of high voltage power lines. In addition, she has been involved in current legal advice for the largest energy company in Warsaw, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In our law firm we deal with the legal services of construction contract law. He has experience in legal services for foreign clients. Fluent in English (in English language law).

 

Marzena Wichłacz, trainee legal advisor

She has over 3,5 years of expertise at conducting compensation and rehablitation as well as construction proceedings, especially connected with material losses on buildings. She specializes also in debt collection. Currently she deals with seeking the compensation for clients of our law firm and handling the issues within civil and construction law. Medical law belongs to her area of interest.

 

Artur Gancarczyk – trainee legal advisor

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy at University of Wroclaw. Since January 2016 he has been taking a legal advisor traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. He has gained his professional experience by working in one of the Wroclaw's construction company of urban infrastructure industry where he was dealing with complex investment process. During that time he broadened his knowledge of building law, investment contracts and public procurement law.

 

Paweł Fijołek, trainee legal advisor

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Opole. Currently he attends the legal traineeship at District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He gained his professional experience working in one of the leading companies specializing in debt collection in Wrocław. He also collaborated with the law firm where he handled the largest business entities in the region. In our Law Firm he leads cases within civil law, including consument cases, and commercial law. The area of labour law belongs also to his area of interest. He is fluent in English.

 

Natalia Bieniecka, trainee legal advisor

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Kraków. Currently she attends the legal traineeship at District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She has gained her professional experience through numerous studies in law firms, courts and prosecutors. She completed Legal English course, organized by the Jagiellonian Language Center. She is interested in banking and economic law.

 

Jędrzej Klonowski, trainee legal advisor

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Wrocław. Currently he attends the legal traineeship at District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. He gained his professional experience in cooperation with one of the leading law firms in Wrocław, where he dealt with civil, economic, labor and consumer protection law matters. He is interested in commercial law and issues related to the functioning of capital companies. He is fluent in English.

 

Kaja Białasik, trainee legal advisor

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Łódź. Currently she attends the legal traineeship at District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. She has completed postgraduate studies in Commercial and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She gained professional experience during internships and traineeships in the law firms of both lawyers and lawyers. She is interested in civil law, commercial law, especially company law. She is fluent in English.

 

Monika Wnuk, trainee legal advisor

She gained her professional experience in one of the leading law firms in Wrocław by dealing with criminal proceedings, fiscal penal law, tax administration and court-administrative proceedings. She is intrested in banking law and consumer credit procedures. She has extensive experience in the accounting services of numerous capital companies. She is fluent in English.
